Master Qui has dedicated her life to this project of Internal Balance and Pure Bliss, because she too knows how it feels to want to break free from the chaotic patterns of past traumas, triggers and generational curses. In the past 10 years, Master Qui has been on a Journey of Self Discovery, Transformation and Transition. Have you ever noticed how many people are walking around with diagnosis such as Depression and Anxiety or whatever new name ailment gets attach to what you're experiencing. Releasing what no longer serves us is so important and requires patience and dedication. Holding onto the past takes up too much space and leaves you without enough compacity to be present and at peace to handle day to day life's demands. Much less plan a beautiful future.
